THE Bryn Hall Committee held a tea party on Saturday (Sep 22).
The Committee’s primary aim is to raise money for a defibrillator to be placed on the outside of Bryn Hall.
It’s secondary aim is to bring the community of Bryn together in holding various events at the Hall, which will be suitable for all ages.
The chairperson of the committee is Pam Richards, vice chairperson is Joy Moore and the Secretary is Stephanie Sims.
The committee is made up of members of the community council Harrddfan community group, The WI and Bryn Senior Citizens.
The tea was well attended, with cakes made by the organisers and friends.

The event, which included a raffle raised over £342.
Chairperson of Llangennech Community Council welcomed guests to the tea party and outlined the aims of the committee telling them of the forthcoming events at the Hall.
A Halloween party for children, and a Christmas Fair are in the making and these dates will be communicated shortly to residents of The Bryn.
A big thank you was extended to all who attended, made cakes, donated and served tea
County Councillors Gwyneth Thomas, and Gary Jones also attended the event.
