Llanelli Online celebrates the fund raisers and volunteers

The Amigos Cycling Club

There is always something going on in Llanelli Town Centre. A stall of some sort set up to promote local causes.

This Saturday, (Apr 14) was no different as stands for ‘Save The Hospital’, ‘Guide Dogs for the Blind’ and ‘The Amigos Cycling Club’ popped up their tables and banners in the hope that the people of Llanelli would lend their support.

Over at the library ‘Care and Repair’ were holding their monthly surgery where folks could take along objects in need of repair and benefit from the expertise on hand.

Down at Cambrian Street GI Joe and his gang were commencing a 24 hour rowathon in an attempt to raise much needed funds for the Ty Bryngwyn Hospice.

Llanelli Online says a great big WELL DONE and a bigger DIOLCH YN FAWR to all concerned.

You can watch our films of interviews with some of the fund raisers and voluntary groups here on Llanelli Online’s video section.
