A man has been taken to hospital with breathing difficulties following an incident involving armed police at Wern Road in Llanelli on Thursday (Mar 28).
In a statement issued today, Friday (Mar 29) Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police attended Wern Road, Llanelli, at around 7.15pm yesterday (March 28), following reports concerning the welfare of a man. Firearms officers attended the scene as information suggested he could have a weapon. No offences were disclosed and the man was taken to hospital with breathing difficulties.”
