DYFED-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 between Pont Abraham roundabout and junction 48 (for Hendy/Llanelli).
The collision was reported shortly after 4am today (December 7). One car, a blue Vauxhall Vectra, was involved. Sadly the driver died. His next of kin has been informed.
The road was closed for several hours and re-opened at around 9am.
Anyone who travelled along that stretch of road around the time of the collision, or has any information, is urged to contact police by calling 101.
