THERE has been a police presence in Thomas Street, Llanelli this morning, Friday (Feb 1).
A small car park was blocked off by police tape and a police vehicle was in attendance.
UPDATE: Dyfed-Powys Police received a call from Wales Ambulance Service at 12.50am this morning (Feb 1) reporting a man who had sustained a head injury in Thomas Street, Llanelli.
At the time it was unclear if the man had been assaulted, so a police presence was requested.
A car park and lane were cordoned off to allow officers to investigate, and to preserve evidence in the case of an assault.
The injured man confirmed he fell on the ice and no offences were disclosed.
