A 41-year-old man from Burry Port has had to pay a fine and costs totalling £811 for breaking restrictions during the emergency period.
The court heard that on 17/04/2020 at Llanelli, without reasonable excuse, during the emergency period, Jason Roberts of Flat 4 68 Station Road Burry Port left or remained away from the place where he was living, in that Roberts was found in a property in Llanelli away from his home address with no reasonable excuse. Contrary to regulations 8(1) and 12(1)(b) & (4) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020.
